Mark:
Would you be more comfortable with a male or female trainer? Does it really matter to you?

Wow. That is a good question. Mark, I am so glad we are doing this interview. In most of the chain gyms, it almost seems like you just get what you get and who cares really what you think or want.
Matter of fact, I remember on day one, I was not given the choice, I was just assigned to the first female trainer available. My husband Chuck was assigned to you. And then Chuck switched us. He said I would be better suited to an ex-Marine black belt trainer, he wanted the yoga instructor, remember?
And we have both been happy ever since. So, dear reader, my tip of the day is decide what your answer to this question will be, before you go in to interview personal trainers. Don’t allow anyone to just assume what your answer will be.
This week, we have discussed a few of the things that you will need to think about before you select a personal trainer. Think them through, go in prepared, and get what you want. If you know what you need, you will be able to find that perfect fit. Don’t settle for a workout, when you could have a fun, challenging, life changing experience.
Stay tuned for next week, lots more to tell you about!

Why don’t you consider the the current state individuals economic system how would you think this may impact you?
I do consider the individual’s “economic system” by having ways to help one to have an option of saving money rather than incur more expense.
