Many of you know me as a personal fitness trainer specializing in helping people to get fit and healthy with different modalities of resistance training, strength training, and functional training.
I love to work with all types of people, from those who have never worked out to seasoned competitive athletes. However, the more advanced a person becomes in their physical fitness training, the more specialized their training may need to become. That’s why I refer to other trainers for help with the areas of specialized training that I am not be as focused on doing with them.
